Materials

Paperboard, cardstock, and kraft paper.

Coating
  • Plastic coating： The most common coating is polyethylene, which is a plastic that can be made into a film.
  • Food grade wax coating：It makes the box water-resistant.
  • PLA coating: This layer is 100% food grade, originating corn plastic PLA from raw materials. The PLA is a plastic of vegetable origin obtained from starch or sugar cane. This makes these box more environmentally responsible, as they are not only recyclable but also compostable.

  • CMYK: The four-color printing process is typically referred to as CMYK, which stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (black). The CMYK color model is used in both offset printing and digital printing.
